Салют!Я играю в руме Empire Poker(сеть PartyGaming),но не получаю рейбек.Дело в том,что Эмпайр мой первый рум и я был не в курсе ,что для получения рейкбека нужно региться через аффилейт.Я написал письмо в саппорт Парти,вот ,что они ответили:
"Please note that you are not allowed to have two accounts on the same platform.
In regards to your question about the affiliate promotion, please note that the affiliate websites have the option to check if you had an account on any of PartyGamings platforms before. In most cases if you have such account, that will stop you from getting the promotion.
I would advise you to refer to the affiliate website and confirm with them if that would be an issue. On our end as long as you have only one account on our brand, you won’t have any issues."
Кто сталкивался с этим?прошу помощи.
